      Pros

      Great Benefits all around Medical, time off and vacation. Great Flexibility with family and leave time Great Place to learn how to work within teams for various projects.

      Cons

      Like other corporate companies favorites are always first. Micromanaging Supervisor is work is not done how they like even though it gets finished. Horrible internal communication everyone is pointing fingers at one another for a mistake and a lack on procedure for projects some get very confusing at times.
