      Great benefits package. Hiring is very selective, generally good people around you Fellow employees are happy and willing to help each other

      More like lack of Professional Services!

      Good office location and people have very good knowledge of the product suite

      Cons

      I was a GIS Consultant here for the best part of a year and within Professional Services, the leadership and structures in place are a mess if you want to advance your career. I would avoid working here at all costs and would recommend an end-user role using GIS rather than being with this crowd. All you ever hear about is the 'best place to work' award which they shove down your throat 24/7

      Technology wise they are doing tremendously well.

      Cons

      but when it comes to employee dynamics.. it's never understood.. having own set of policies to satisfy itself won't help employees.. first understand how old employees still recognise themselves as NIITs and want esri to be NIIT... These old employees boss around the new ones and don't let them stay in the company. Deal with them and then come to making new trainings on communication.
