      Pros

      ESRI is the best in their field. #1 in GIS. The competition can only offer a small portion of what ESRI has to offer.

      Cons

      They are privately owned and have organically grown into a Global organization. Not many processes are in place internally to support job success. Managment opinions are the only ones that count. The company touches on many Industries but are not true experts in any.

      Location and friendly people to work with, hard to find good things to mention about this company

      The management is by far the most negative thing about the company, they have no respect no trust no understanding of what work is and what management is.
