Pros

-Great people - always willing to help, tend to be very friendly -Best GIS technology - leading the field -Relaxed culture - casual atmosphere makes most things easier -Very little hierarchy in most divisions -Incredible benefits -Good pay - you won't get filthy rich, but you will be fairly compensated

Cons

Its still a group of people. There is some politics, but not too much. Sometimes the technical direction seems to shift before settling onto a clear path. Not all groups are fully connected. You will need to find your own career here, but the good news is you can move around inside the company

Pros

Access to GIS resources. 70 miles from the coast.

Cons

Very low salary. Poor management. No opportunity for career growth unless someone ahead of you retires or leaves the company. Did I say low salary? Deadlands. I mean Redlands. Dying company. More politics than you can ever imagine.
