      Pros

      Great learning experience both professionally and personally. Really smart people to work with from around the globe! Constantly having new advances to keep up with to keep folks excited and proud of the advances being made.

      Cons

      Flat organization, difficult to understand how things really work as they don't publish an Organization Chart, policies or procedures for a lot of what is done. Highly competitive and political. Resources are not abundant --- vacancies left unfilled for years necessitating staff to cover these gaps; resulting in poor work life balance for many employees.

      Flexibility, Small company feel, Innovative, Family Type Culture, #1 Position in the GIS marketplace, customer focused sales model, privately held (not having to answer to the stock market), great benefits

      Change adverse, flat organization, very political organization, all decisions made at home base (Redlands), Core Development not engaged with customer facing teams (Sales, BD, Services & Marketing)

      Lazy work env thus great work-life balance...job safety...nice campus...good for GIS.

      Cons

      Under paid job...managers with high school mentality....no/very slow career growth...rude HR...lots of politics ... SDK Support grp in specific has bad managers/leads and tend to over micro-manage in order to hide their insecurities/in-capabilities.
