Pros

The benefits provided to people who work in support are great. Similarly, the 401K contributions are generous.

Cons

Over the past two years, management has become far more micromanagerial with an "us vs them" mentality. Workers aren't told WHY certain decisions are made; they're only told to comply. When I started, "culture of collaboration" in support was touted as an industry outlier. Turns out, Esri's software was designed poorly and support analysts rely on others to parse through its functionality. This neverending struggle for internal resources builds burnout and punishes high-performing workers leading to high turnover.
