Thank you for your review and your feedback. We appreciate that this employee recognized some of the great people that work here at ESI. We have been operating a successful business for over 35 years because of these amazing people. We take pride in the relationships our employees have formed and encourage them to help each other whenever possible. It is a shame that a "few bad apples" ruined what sounds like an otherwise positive experience. We take pride in the people we have here and we certainly try to identify individuals who may need a little extra skills or management training. We appreciate the feedback and we would encourage existing or future employees to speak out if their experiences are tainted by a manager or fellow employee.

For 35 years we have successfully competed in a very competitive telecommunications landscape. We operate successfully through channel partners and agents in small towns across the US. We specialize in the Small to Medium Business space and we are dedicated to ensuring their success. We focus on our customer's ability the successfully use the technologies and tools we supply. One of our core values is to "deliver products and services that are easy and intuitive to use." Sometimes this means that we do not focus on the latest bell and whistle unless that technology can help our customers be successful. We embrace every opportunity that we can to help us improve as individuals, as a company, and for our customers.
