Thank you for your feedback. Working in customer service or technical support can be stressful and may seem monotonous at times. It takes special individuals and teams to successfully navigate working through customer issues but at the same time, it can be very rewarding to help people resolve issues. One of our core values is to "provide an exceptional customer experience." Our customer service and technical support departments are at the front line of providing this experience although we believe it is a mission everyone in our company shares. One of our other core values is to "enjoy a fit, friendly, and fun work and lifestyle". It appears that in this person's case, we may not have lived up to our core values. We will continue to strive to help everyone here at ESI have a great work experience.

Thank you for your review. We take pride in our long history in the industry as many of competitors have struggled to meet the demands of the Telecom space. You do not have to look far and deep to see the competitors that have disappeared over the past 31 years (Nortel, Toshiba, Executone, Comdial, Rolm, Tie, etc...). By my count there are at least 20 manufacturers that have come and gone or filed for bankruptcy. Over the past 31 years we have not spent a lot of money on marketing in the traditional sense. We work with a large network of experienced resellers and agents that are on the front lines doing the prospecting for new opportunities. We use our marketing $'s to try to support our partners efforts to succeed. As far as training goes. We do have internal discussions underway to improve our on boarding and training processes. Those processes start with proper documentation which is being updated as the business evolves. George

Pros

ESI cares about its people and about giving back to the community. Many co workers have been here a long time left and ended up coming back because they did not realize what a great place this is until they left.

Cons

The typical struggles of a small technology company competing against some large competitors but we manage to get our fair share.

Thank you for your review. While we do not encourage long time employees to leave we have seen many ask to come back shortly after leaving. Sometimes the grass can appear greener on the other side of the fence. We do compete against some big companies. We have to be more nimble and creative when facing some of the industry giants. The good news is that means we rely on everyone to contribute and by contributing you can shape the future of the company! I am always open to listening. If you have ideas on how we can improve and how we can make things better then please bring them forward. We are always open to new ideas. George
