      Thank you former employee for reminding me to mention one of our core values. number 3 on the list is "Enjoy a fit, friendly and fun work and life style" We strive to constantly ensure that we provide an enjoyable work and life experience. We like to work hard and have fun along the way.       Pros

      Stability. Work is very stable. same thing every day. There is no change. The management does not expect stellar performance.

      Cons

      The company is not big on raises. There have been runs of 5+years that have seen a freeze on pay raises for the general workforce. While upper management still gets theirs.

      Interesting.... It is great we are stable as many of our competitors are not... Hire lay off and on and on the cycle goes. We have however been going through some massive changes as any technology company does. Sometimes they are not always as apparent to every employee. It seems as though this employee as cracked the code however. By not providing "stellar performance" you certainly will limit your opportunity to participate in incentives and raises. I am not sure where they received their facts about high turnover as I think we are actually slightly better than industry averages for a tech company i the DFW area. Thank you, George
