      Pros

      Great money and benefits and they're great people to work with.

      Cons

      Routes start so late that you're stressed all day trying to get everything done. When you don't they blame the driver for not managing the route correctly but it should fall on the management and higher because they hold the trucks until 10am or later waiting for freight to arrive. All trucks should be on the road no later than 8 am.

      The pay is good and benefits are descent

      Cons

      Switchers should get paid OT for anything after 40 hrs but instead they make you break one load on the dock every week so you’re not getting OT till you work 52 hours!!! You get screwed out of 12 hours of overtime EVERY WEEK!!!!
