      Pros

      I had a great sales manager! Flexibility and work/life balance was good.

      Cons

      Too much focus on selling a TMS, rather than core products. Too many projects at once made it difficult to perform any of them really well. Upper management has no idea what goes on in the real world. Many sales positions were eliminated recently; I don't believe they're as financially stable as they'd like you to believe.
