Pros

They care about making sure the company is stable and financial strong to weather through any economy - you don't have to worry about having a job. Everyday is a different day. They love their customers - we were always told treat every shipment as our most important one. Upper management truly cares about providing jobs.

Cons

Ever since the gov't put in the insurance requirements it has put a real strain on the paycheck every week.

Stable Company good pay great benefits. The drivers stay for a long time. My son in-law has worked there for 14 years and absolutely loves it and supports his family.

Cons

I wish more jobs for full-time. I left to get a full-time job. I wish I had stayed. I would have still had my job at STS

If you work hard, you will be rewarded. Good pay. Your experience depends on you. Non union, so you earn respect for your work ethic. If your lazy don't bother.

Cons

Any company you will work for, you will have to deal with people. This company requires teamwork. It is not always easy, but it's life learn how to deal with it. It used to have more of a family run feel, but since has had to adapt to changing times. HR dept. Is only there to support management. Like any job it will depend on who your management is.
