      Pros

      Estes is a phenomenal place to be employed. They truly care about their employees and their families. I've had the opportunity to see the nation, all the while doing what I love. The management is top notch. They have an open door policy so that if you do have any questions or conserns, they can be addressed as quickly as possible. As far as trucking goes, I've been at it for 20 years. Estes is unparalleled. You can't beat their pay and generosity.

      My only regret is that I did not start working for Estes earlier.

      Always an opportunity to work extra days if you desire.

      I have nothing bad to say. If you know LTL trucking, it is a fast paced high stress environment.
