Pros

Growing company, employee centric, challenging work environment will test leadership and intelligence to make instant decisions. Not a desk job. You will work 10 - 15 hour days. If you cannot handle that look elsewhere.

Cons

A lot of rough comments about this company. If you cannot curb stress, survive high pressure to provide instant value as a manager. This job will eat you and spit you out. If you are a weak leader this job will expose flaws quickly and you will end up fired and most likely bash this company on this site for your failure.

Pros

Very few honest and trustworthy people if you can find them.

Cons

This place is the most dishonest company I have ever worked for. They steal from their customers only to make money and receive the goods. I wish I would have seen it sooner. Some departments have zero policies and are fly by the seat of your pants style. What is ok for one in the department is not ok for another. I do not recommend anyone working here.

Pros

I worked with some extremely professional, competent and personable staff at Estes. Most of the time was enjoyable and rewarding. They are growing and moving to newer technologies that make the atmosphere exciting and pleasant.

Cons

They are a little behind in technology, so you will need some patience, but it likely will be a good experience. The PMO is another story. It is run by someone who is more interested in pleasing those above than effectively managing those on the teams included. Unfortunately, this is a person who appears to not have any real professional management experience and is devoid of skills needed to effectively work with teams. Personal interests and political wins invariably trumped all obligations to grow and develop staff, manage the workload and treat people with respect.
