      Pros

      Good pay and most people who will help you as much as they can, team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lack of training creates uncertainties and therefore lots of questions, and overly rushed atmosphere makes for lack of answers or explanations.

      Pros

      Expensive, but good insurance. Payed holidays. Good hourly rate and good milage pay. Weekly pay.

      Cons

      No overtime. No extra pay for pulling doubles. No breakdown pay. The harder you work, the more work they are going to give you. They have "favorites" and not all are treated equal. Their system is majorly flawed, from management down to dock workers.
