Pay is OK, benefits Ok, weekend off. I can only say this because what I expect and to some one else this can be there blessing. I have had better and worse benefits. Pay is OK but the has a 3 year pay step to reach top pay=outdated has hell. Most places you start at top pay.

Cons

Since being in this game for 26 years and bouncing around, in my opinion the company has great potential for growth but operational side of things they are in the stone ages. City terminals territory overlaps each other; ie, the could be a terminal on one side of the street but terminal 10 miles away would be responsible for that area. Still use teams for linehaul and contractors. Location of meets, terminals, and meets. Linehaul Hubs. My favorite who still has 2 to 3 year step process of top pay? You guessed it! I found it. This stage of my life I decided to look for another opportunity.
