Where do i start. Yes it’s a family company.. and that’s the issue. No sense of urgency to get systems. Instead they build everything in house and some of the stuff looks like it was built in a garage. Their computer systems are horrible, and their leadership is just as bad. The CEO is a friendly guy but the whole corp. Structure is all interwoven with family. So they will never point a finger to get stuff fixed. Instead keep using the junk they have. STAY AWAY , and go work for a structured company HST makes the job easy to do with the tools given, like Old Dominion, Saia, or Fed Ex.. Estes is a Crappy company that should do better with the money they make!

Office work is atypical of other carriers. System outdated and redundant. Only a few staff members had assigned duties. Others helped with overflow. Mostly clerical and cubical work.
