Growing company, employee centric, challenging work environment will test leadership and intelligence to make instant decisions. Not a desk job. You will work 10 - 15 hour days. If you cannot handle that look elsewhere.

Cons

A lot of rough comments about this company. If you cannot curb stress, survive high pressure to provide instant value as a manager. This job will eat you and spit you out. If you are a weak leader this job will expose flaws quickly and you will end up fired and most likely bash this company on this site for your failure.

They have a nativity scene at Christmas. This is seriously a bad place to work. Dont make the mistake of wasting time with this company

Cons

absolutely the most unprofessional bunch of jerks I ever had the misfortune of working for. no standards of conduct for the management team. they engage in basically anything they want to do. Pay is terrible, working conditions are bloody awful. If you are wondering, I was not fired, I gave notice and quit. Avoid working for this company at all costs. This is where careers got to die a horrible death.

Last couple of years there isnt any,I worked there 15yrs and it was at one time very enjoyable place to work no matter how hard you had to work.Met some good people and money is good.

Cons

Has become a bottom line company with no employee loyalty unless you know how to be a yes sir man or a snitch and then you have found a home.
