Pros
Tight-knit internal team and inclusive consultant team. Working with some of the most competent and experienced people ever. Excellent firm history, actively seeking growth into bigger markets, pay is good, remote work sometimes possible, bonuses and employee recognition, and a President who looks out for his consultants.
Cons
Benefits are slim but provided, more ideally suited for C2C consultants. Most contracts are state contracts, which means you still have to work on many of the abundant state holidays (unless approved). Some contracts require relocation.
