Pros

Payroll is on time (Myra is excellent & on time ) . Immigration team is excellent . Good Health Insurance & 401K benefits , PTO and holidays.

Cons

Marketing , HR team needs improvements. Compensation is less compared to others in similar business.

Pros

Good places for lunch/coffee near office

Cons

Worked at ECI and it was basically a paycheck while I found something else. The business had no clear direction or strategy. Often we were paid late, with no communication why. ECI is not an employer to be proud of, would not recommend friends or family. CEO wears earphones all day, does not wish to be bothered.

Pros

Estrada is like a big family and everyone is always ready to help and support each other. Estrada sponsored my H1B visa and the company was really clear and honest at every step of the process. The company is always doing the best to find good clients for the employees.

Cons

The only thing it`s bad is the fact we are consultants and sometimes projects are short making us moving from one state to another. But its something bad for any consultant in any consulting company.
