Subject to 10 , 12 or 14-hour work days constantly, sallary on top of that. These extra hours do not roll over to other days. It's more common for people to be working on the weekends than not. The company is very ableist to those with different needs or work procedures and offers little to no help to assist them. Depending on the department you are in the expected turnover rate is about less than a year.
