Pros

Honestly some of the best people that you could ever ask for. Nice, kind, and welcoming.

Cons

This place is a great place to work if you want something quick and nice to put on a resume, however, once you start and then sink countless nights and hours into the code and start to learn what a dev should be doing for the company you realize that what you are doing is not software engineering its busy work that should have been automated a long time ago. Underneath the hood of what is driving this companies revenue would appall a dev and a business partner. The millions of dollars and private information that this company handles are disgusting. As the company currently stands I would not trust this company with my personal data. The security is not good and if you wanna run metrics on our process well you can just forget about it because that will never happen. The money that is flowing through this code is not robust and is not sound. It is on its last hinge. I will leave it at that. I wish them the best regardless and I hope that they can fix their issues.

Pros

Most of the employees are pretty cool. The company hosts several events a year for the employees. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

First, management is very old , they love to micromanage and their expectations change regularly or they can’t remember things they’ve discussed with you. Their “entry level”sales position requires a Bachelors Degree but they offer little to no training while expecting you to work 60+ hours and they keep commissions that should be yours all for 35k, if you’re lucky. This company is also very stodgy and doesn’t like change, it’s strange for a software company to lack flexibility. Also, the employees are very cliquey. Finally, nepotism is very popular so to say there is no chance of advancement would be an understatement.
