Prepare to be micro-managed in a toxic office

Pros

The commute was short. The company (Ethan) provides breakfast/lunch/snacks. That's it.

Cons

The office is a hot mess. Ethan is an extreme micro-manager with zero consideration of his employees. Toxic only begins to describe the office. The entire staff is miserable. There's more turnover here than I've ever seen or heard of at any company. All departments - HR, Marketing, Construction, Brokerage, Management, IT - have seen employees leave in the last year.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, an owner that cares to do the “extras” to keep it fun.

Cons

Not everyone is up to the challenge of a fast growing company and updating processes and software. Just a few stuck in dated paper process. Hopefully they join the fun soon!

Cons

Management sucks, they never take accountability they just pass the blame, they allow a toxic environment then act dumb when things come out. PM’S are on call 24/7 and don’t have the option to work from home. Please don’t be sick with a doctors note because it won’t be honored. Just no. No one is happy at that job.
