Bad management, poor communication, poor structure, and management has a finger pointing mentality. This company does not value its employees and has an extremely high turn-over rate.

EVERYTHING. I'm not saying this in jest, literally everything (OK, minus checks not bouncing) was/is wrong with Ethan Conrad Properties, & it all stems from the owner, Ethan Conrad, himself. He forces moral down to a nearly non-existent level, leading to very high turn-over. Zero business, or just human, ethics. He recently sued Goodwill for not being able to pay rent during the pandemic, Goodwill!! That exemplifies him more succinctly than anything I could write. He works his employees very hard while giving them the most toxic work environment I've ever experienced, & that's saying something. Will pay you as low as he can & never ever give you a raise. Held weekly meetings ending at 9pm. Often yells at & demeans employees, & does even worse to his tenants. He hires good people for the most part, & then crushes their spirits until they inevitably leave, but he knows there will always be the next person needing a job, coming thru that door.
