      Pros

      Brilliant coworkers! I’m amazed by how intelligent, crafty and determined that my coworkers are. Every meeting I have a takeaway or a learning I didn’t know previously about my trade. Transparency! There’s a ton of documents and processes that are outlined that make it clear what is expected, compensation, benefits, etc. The company is a great size to work on projects that have impact each day. Often at larger companies, you’ll spend time working on projects that never launch. The work you do here definitely matters, even if there’s several pivots, you get to see your work come to life! Flexible/unlimited PTO - it truly is! I often take days off at the end of a big project. I also took two weeks off at the start of Q1. You’re not shamed or denied for your PTO! (At least not in my experience)

      Cons

      The cons I list are common at startups, fast-paced, changing environments. It’s not unusual to have team changes or process changes, but it is usually because of a learning that will allow for better working efficiency.

      The usual. This is an early-stage company so you need to be flexible and go with the flow. Be able to adapt to changing needs and situations.
