      Pros

      I learned a lot which is a pro but it was at the expense of my mental well being.

      Cons

      There seems to be a disconnect between upper management and the people actually working on the floor. No communication between the office people and everyone else which lead to a lot of awkward tension when one of them would occasionally walk into the ER. As others have said, training was an absolute joke. It felt like no one ever knew what was going on and that would lead to poor patient care unfortunately. Huge turnover rate because of how miserable the job makes you.
