I liked working here. I liked the staff and my direct supervisor(s).

Cons

There were all these remote managers on the east coast that essentially didn't care much about the struggles of the employees with boots on the ground. Honestly, they were micro and middle managing the whole organization into the ground.

Ethos is a company that cares about the quality of veterinary medicine it provides and the employees who provide it.

Cons

It is a veterinary hospital environment - it can be stressful. However, hospital and company leadership are focused on a positive life balance and supportive of employees.
