The people at the hospitals truly care about caring for pets.

Cons

Most of the executives are terrible and only focus on financial performance. The company talks about culture but does not walk the talk, resulting in a terrible culture in the support center. The company is owned by a private equity company and it shows.

Cons

Bush Vererinary Neurology is owned by Ethos. The work is wonderful. The pay is great. The schedule is great. There’s more staff than there is work to do, but the assistants don’t know the things they should to help the techs. In my experience there, management isn’t in tune with what goes on in the clinics, the DVM favors certain employees and the others get treated terribly. They were trying to rebuild from the last walk out, but looks like they are headed for another. The really bullied one of the LVT’s there and they just fired her. Witnessing all of this is just awful. I do not recommend working here. Toxic environment
