This hospital used to be known for it's high standards but has completely let those standards go by the way side. More interested in hiring people just to have bodies with little regard for how experienced they are or how much they care about the work they are doing.

Cons

Inept new hires who put patients at risk. Toxic staff talks behind each others backs and feeds lies to management.

Great benefits, pay is ok, great onboarding process. Some of the vets are awesome.

Cons

Management constantly changing your shifts, not having the necessary tools and or training to do your job, supervisors have no previous animal or veterinary training, supervisors very often to not take calls that are escalated to them, veterinarians refuse to help with a dire circumstance phone call, some of veterinarians and technicians are unbelievably rude to you. TOO MUCH DRAMA! There is no 2019 401k contribution, the list can go on.
