Recently though, they've begin to work towards being the BEST in all areas from employee happiness to science to customer satisfaction and of course medicine. I have worked at VSH for over 5 years primarily as a client service team member but have advanced greatly. There is a lot of room for career growth within this organization. Everyone shares a passion for animal care. I have seen individuals at every level of the organization from administration, to doctors, to technicians, to client care, emotionally affected by both the heart breaking and celebratory events animals go through within these walls. Everyone feels greatly for their patients and this is reflected in how decisions are made from the top down. Patient care and the client come first.
