Pros

Once upon a time, there was a core group where everyone respected each other and a time where we looked forward to work. That no longer exists. Not saying it always worked, but there was never resentment. Another pro...I've resigned already.

Cons

There is not one functional part, right now. Company picked over the remains of GE, and decided to put third stringers from GE sales or GE subsidiaries in leadership roles. Cutting costs, but they added a few tiers of their old co-workers...er, executives that have no knowledge of the areas they are managing...one narcissist was put over a large group, and the company is in danger of losing FIVE group leads in the three weeks since the appointment. Severely reducing or eliminating bonus program for the hardest workers that have kept the company afloat. Some departments have been reduced from three or ore to a single person to manage entire functions of the business. Instead of a pat on the back or shiny gold star, they are the ones being hit with reductions or are being commented negatively about for being exhausted. Confidence in and loyalty to the company are nil...EVERYBODY is looking. Corporate messaging has been to make sure our employees are taking care of themselves and taking time off. There are many that have not taken a day off this year or *at all* over several years, and are being asked to take on more and more responsibilities to keep things going. I'm sure the company will 100% have their backs if something slips through the cracks (sarcasm).
