      The EPC space they are in is exciting and offers great learning potential Has parent companies that are world-renowned 9/80 schedule and flexibility of start/end of work shift

      Cons

      Lacks new EPC contracts Poorly managed company Unprofessional behavior is not sufficient reason to fire someone Incompetence is not sufficient reason to fire someone Admins have more control, say and authority than common for a company of its size Plagued with high turnover rate and layoffs
