HR is not as developed as it should be. There's room for improvement on people work ratings and interaction.

Cons

You name it they got it. Can’t think of one good reason someone could work for a company 10+ years and one day your gone because of budget cuts.. but I’m sure the CEO’s all got the Bonus they deserve
