Pros

NONE!!! If there was something great about this company I never found it and I was there for almost 3 years. I was optimistic & hopeful about change.

Cons

Pay sucks / benefits suck and it take 90 days to gain coverage. CEO NEVER attends safety meetings. CEO doesn't like to interact with the " little people". Good people have come here & have been run off by the horrible management. My advice is if you are offered a job here run far away!!!!!

Very Dynamic group of people. Strong talent pool. Pay is mostly above average . 401K plan is good. Good bonus programs. Strong Policies & Procedures programs.

Cons

Medical Benefits not the best. Corporate does not appear to listen to plant worker's HR issues at times. Upper Management not always paying attention. Strong Policies & Procedures programs.
