Nice place to work

Pros

Lovely co-workers, very open environment whenever you need help or input form other teams, extremely data-driven when it comes to launching new designs/features.

Cons

Base pay is not as competitive as it could be, and the end of year review cycle is excruciatingly slow. You don't receive any bonus, salary increase or promotion until April of the following year.
