In 2022, we’ll have more remote employees than ever before, and we’ve adjusted our benefits and pay accordingly. Our People teams keep a close eye on how our compensation bands compare to industry standards, and that includes adjusting for location and cost of living. We will continue to adjust accordingly to ensure our employees are paid at or above market, maintaining internal equity.
