We appreciate you providing this feedback, though we’re disappointed to hear some of it. 2020 has been a year of discovery in respect to optimal remote benefits: Now our plan is national, offering flexibility for both in-network and out-of network care coverage, and we offer several benefits that have virtual offerings for both medical and mental health. Additionally, we send internal Benefit surveys to our employees to request continued feedback from them.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. It’s encouraging to hear that the efforts we’ve put toward competitive benefits and perks, a flexible work environment, and our office spaces contributed positively to your time with Etsy. Your feedback around work-life balance and investment in management is also important to us. We’ve found that with our recent rapid growth, we needed to scale our employee base to maintain momentum. We’re focused, however, on creating more balance and better access to resources to help set our teams and managers up for long-term success. By striking the right balance of requesting feedback at scale, combined with providing our leaders more capacity and resources to support their reports, we are optimistic that this will address the concerns you’ve mentioned here.
