      Pros

      Loved the people and the culture, really felt like I was welcomed. Had the autonomy to make decisions and run with them.

      Cons

      Big picture strategy is a bit of a moving target and leadership is not addressing the elephant in the room of drop shippers (i.e. not hand made items).
