Pros

Executive leadership is present, passionate about the brand, and even join our ERG's. Benefits are top notch - 26 weeks parental leave (gender neutral) is something I'll always appreciate. Empathetic employees we can show up our best selves. Mission forward organization with real impact.

Cons

A lot of changes have taken place over the last few years and while a con - dealing with change & ambiguity allows us to learn how to deal with complex situations, pivoting, and leading through change. Leadership changes - although again a con - tenured leaders have returned to lead the brand who I believe in.

Pros

Kind work culture Good pay and benefits remote work/incredibly lenient in-office policy

Cons

Company isn't doing great so a lot of reorgs and general lack of rigor. There's also not a lot of opportunity for career growth or feedback.
