Cons
The executive leadership team has run out of ideas and things have become more and more chaotic. In Engineering, there's no clear direction or communication from the top level of leadership. The product itself is at risk as the brand is compromised by drop-shipping and fraud but the leadership team won't/can't take hard decisions.
