Business Outlook
Pros
The firm down the block does the absolute same business. Great place to make some quick cash then move on with your life.
Cons
Outlook is bleak. Either they keep eating smaller firms, or they will be eaten by a larger firm. If however the goal is to sell the company in <4 years then they are doing a stellar job stuffing the package with fluff.
