My co-workers are amazing, and the recent ability to work from home has been nice.

Cons

They are very against remote work (pandemic has changed this somewhat), HR department isn't responsive at all, management is out of touch.

Lots of autonomy, and compensation builds over time--great for people with strong work ethic who can hold themselves accountable. Great team based in Raleigh-Durham area. Fun perks like expense account, car and phone allowance, incentive trips to tropical islands! I tripled my income from my previous job in less than 3 years.

Cons

Systems could use more automation, somewhat disorganized, occasionally lacking in leadership transparency.

They hire energetic, friendly, and fun types of people which makes for a good work environment which you will need because of how miserable the actual position is.

Cons

This company obviously only cares about the bottom line. The turnover rate is high and management does not seem to care about it. Your success truly depends on which market you work in. There is no training beyond the week long visit to Charlotte.
