      They try offering incentives for doing well, like Friday off, trips, etc.

      Cons

      Pay structure is terrible, below average. They hire the most incompetent and rude managers. There is no diversity at the C suite level. The account managers get away with lying and doing a lot of shady things, when working with the recruiters. They do not have realistic expectations and will stress you out constantly. Do not work here, they do not pay well enough to stress you out this much.

      Great company to work for. Management is wonderful. ettain group does try to be a strong business partner with their clients

      Tend to hire inexperienced individuals on the delivery team.
