It's a great out of college job. They provide training and you're within reach of upper management.

Cons

The commission structure is not great. Even if you're staying late and putting in the work, you're getting such a low percentage of commission. The company values their employees, but there has been a lot of recent changes with management and the structure.

Pros

Craig, my direct manager, was very organized. Always sent my schedule a month in advanced. Ettain reimburses uniforms purchased for the job up to $50, which is not a lot but very nice of them.

Cons

They do not pay for mileage.
