Pros

They hire energetic, friendly, and fun types of people which makes for a good work environment which you will need because of how miserable the actual position is.

Cons

This company obviously only cares about the bottom line. The turnover rate is high and management does not seem to care about it. Your success truly depends on which market you work in. There is no training beyond the week long visit to Charlotte.

The recruiter acted very confidence when we spoke

Cons

However I was told a week later that the Client company Wanted somebody more junior. So since we’ve already spoken about an hourly rate That I agreed to, I can only assume Either the recruiting team did not have approval to offer me any hourly rate or the smacks of ageism. I found this very unprofessional and not the place Where I want to contribute.
