      Incredible opportunity to begin a career with a fast growing and innovative company that really cares about its employees and customers.The environment is highly collaborative and team oriented, and fast faced. Employees are empowered, and the APART values impact the culture to make ettain group truly a unique place to work, with strong sense of team and drive.

      Cons

      The pace of the business is very fast, and employees need to have a strong sense of urgency. With an ever growing demand for high caliber IT talent, the most successful people are energetic, great relationship builders, and must be creative in marketing opportunities and delivering talent to our customers.

      Great place for recent grads to get great training

      Pros

      There was a great team environment in the Reston Office. They really taught you had to find talent and how to separate yourself from the competition. Great team events and out of the box training, kept things interesting!

      Cons

      Find other ways to promote or give raises other than spread. You may have hard workers, but if the Sales people cycle through often, its difficult to close deals in a revolving door.

      Pros

      Great compensation and bennies. Solid opportunity to grow professionally and build the company as ettain group is still primarily a force in the southeast. Everybody works hard and plays hard. Great ettain swag for employees and clients. Solid ownership/partnership team collaborates to steer the company forward. Had a contractor advocacy program in place when I was with ettain to ensure the consultants are taken care of. Very quality process driven with screening and references.

      Cons

      As with any recruiting and staffing organization, it's very metric/goal driven with weekly reports sliced and diced out of Bullhorn. Too many data drill downs. Office hours can be intense at times to hit numbers. Overall corporate can be a little quick to pull the trigger if the new employee doesn't show strong promise out of the gate. Despite these cons, the juice is worth the squeeze at ettain group.
