      very unprofessional management, in the field and at corporate office

      Pros

      The recruiters and management talk a very good game.

      Cons

      HR dept can not keep up with employee paperwork ie. I-9's, SS#'s, signed papers. Recruiters and mangement are loss on what is going on with very poor planning in the field. " Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"

      Pros

      The people! My family away from family! Their values of attitude, performance, accountability, respect and teamwork align with mine and I couldn't have found a better place to make my career!

      Cons

      I honestly have not found any downsides yet. Perhaps the explosive growth - and we are busting at the seams! I'm sure there are others, but I feel like I'm a valued asset to the team and that my voice matters. Very different from my last job!

      Pros

      I started at ettain group right out of college, as many employees do here. They offered me extensive training and I could tell they truly wanted me to grow in my career when they created new positions for me to accomodate my professional interests.

      Cons

      Work life balance is sometimes difficult to manage, but that is the same for all staffing companies. It comes down to the individual employee figuring out what works best for them. Turnover is also a factor at all staffing companies and something we've seen here, but there are many employees who have left ettain group only to come back 1-2 years later.
