      Pros

      Really like the work here including the variations in projects. Lots of growth at the firm and I am enjoying my project management role. Employee 1st initiative just announced for 2018 including large improvements to the healthcare benefits package. Enjoy my co-workers too as we are always able to help each other when needed.

      Cons

      Would like to see increased organization in the firm's operation, but there are efforts to do so and I've seen continued improvement here over the last few years being here.
