      Pros

      Management really listens to employees. The projects are very interesting and most of the clients have been clients for years which makes it feel more like a collaboration on every project.

      Cons

      This is a fast-paced company (in a fast-paced industry). The schedule can get hectic at times but that it typical for this industry.

      Pros

      I’ve worked at Ettinger for over 20 years and I’m near ready to move on to retirement (yay!). This is a great place to work and I have enjoyed working with the entire team. I have seen a great deal of change come through Ed Ettinger’s leadership recently. His changes to the project and engineering management teams and process have fueled the company’s recent successes. He is also very focused on employee satisfaction having installed flexible working hours, started the company’s social committee, started the Employee 1st initiative, setting up for paid overtime (beyond the normal/expected), and so on. He is patient, understanding, enjoys coaching and is hard working. I learned from him and I am continually impressed with what ‘he comes up with next’.

      Cons

      None in particular to mention. Do wish I didn’t have to open the window to let heat out in the winter sometimes. I think this is just the way building runs though.

      Pros

      Close to Penn station, Not bad for young adults fresh out of college, though I don't recommend.

      Cons

      when i left the company, they didn`t pay my two weeks paycheck though I give them 3 weeks notice. so i decidede to leave and not to work the last week, from what i heard later that im not the only one having this situation. also, They are not employee friendly. Low employee morale. disorganized in every way. Not allowed proper time to complete projects. i don`t recomened it for any engineer unless you dont have any job, other wise dont consider. if you had to work there dont give notice before you leave.
