Pros
Fun, smart coworkers. The work varies a lot so it can be interesting. You can learn a lot.
Cons
Management is way out of touch and doesn't value junior staff at all. Blame get shifted to those at the bottom. Project managers are great but upper management (eg CEO) doesn't trust or respect the workers. Very chaotic company- people keep getting laid off or quitting, and you never know who is next so people are nervous about getting fired out of the blue. You may have to pick up extra work because the company fired people suddenly. The company seems to be shrinking because people who left (fired or quit) don't get replaced. Employees are expected to put in extra hours, nights and weekends, whenever needed but they're not appreciated.
